Operational plan
Introduction
NPCA's operations·and projects programme includes initiatives that link closely with its strategic aims of quality assurance, communication, research, technology transfer and regulatory compliance.
The strategic aims in turn support and are consistent with the conservation, biodiversity and farming objectives of DoC, the Animal Health Board, Regional Councils and industry stakeholders.
The strategic aims have a focus on raising standards for vertebrate pest control and are supported by the information, best practices and other resources produced through the various project initiatives.
A consultative process is used with projects to ensure industry support for the content and standards of project outputs.
